2009 KTM 990 Adventure

KTM, the Dakar Rally master is guarantee of super-agile handling and incomparable riding fun. And KTM make it real through 2009 KTM 990 Adventure’s refinement . Its LC8’s engine now increases to 999 cc with new motor management guarantees a powerful and dynamic unfolding of power and significantly improved torque while maintaining the same level of top performance. Now it has 72 kW @ 8500 rpm of power and 95 Nm @ 6500 rpm of torque. Feeding the engine is a Generation Keihin electronic fuel injection for best performance. Chassis is reduced 20 mm and more comfortable with new seat (new at a reduced height of 860 mm) make the KTM 990 Adventure even more universal than before.With even more displacement, an electronic fuel injection, regulated catalytic converter and an ABS System, the 990 Adventure is now elevated to the highest technical level in matters of safety and emission control, which is now regulated to conform to EURO III standards.
