Sitting on the high strength tubular steel frame of the Piaggio M 400 that is the result of a design project based on the latest CAD technology and computerized FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis, this engine delivers smooth power entire speed range. The most important is not its engine, but the three wheel concept making this scooter has what the other two-wheel scooters do not. Simply, three wheels, more wheel mean easier parking and stopping in the red color traffic. Less power for more comfort.
