As a sport scooter the Kymco both the 300cc and 500cc come in sleek and aggressive design. The both Taiwanese scooter will satisfied their fans in different class.
Kymco Xciting R 500cc is powered by a liquid cooled four valves with twin cam engine that makes power of 28.2 kW (38.4 hp) at 7,000 rpm and torque of 41.1 Nm at 5,500 rpm. This engine is enough to push the 221 kg scooter reaching a top speed of 147 km/hr.
The 300 cc version comes with the same engine, but smaller. This engine delivers 17.5 kW (28.3 hp) at 8,000 rpm with torque of 23.5 Nm at 6,250 rpm. This engine will be used to bring the 189 kg scooter.
The two engine are combined with the same component: wheels, tyres and brake. There is front’s 15-inch-rear’s 14-inch, front’s 120/70 and rear’s 150/70; and front’s 260 mm at the front with floating calipers and two parallel pistons, rear’s 240 mm at the rear.
