The new model will sport 1080p video capture capabilities, 5-megapixel still capabilities and upload to Facebook and YouTube features.
New to the mix is the 1080p update over the previous 720p, a HDMI socket so you can connect it to your TV, rechargeable battery over the previous AA and USB charging.
Expect it to hit the shops shortly, but in the meantime enjoy the gallery of hands-on snaps with the new model in contrast with the older (it's only a year) Zi6.
