Chinese GB introduces the X1200 ultra-portable.

Chinese laptop firm GB is offering a MacBook Air look-a-like called the X1200, a thin and light 12.1 inch netbook which they are we presume looking for some firm to pick it up and run with it, although there isn’t a great deal of info available.

The GB X1200 offers that 12.1 inch display along with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM with a 160GB hard drive, 2 USB ports, 1.3 megapixel web cam, and the usual fair for this type of laptop.

The GB X1200 netbook weighs in at 1.35kg and is just 24mm thick, the word is the current price GB is looking for is 2,200 yuan which equates to about $322 although that isn’t set in stone.
